Butterflies undergo different stages of eggs - larva - pupa - adults, known as metamorphosis in their life cycles. This project is especially inspired by the pupa stage of the metamorphosis process. In spite of ugly and disgusting images of pupa, contrasting with beautiful and perfect ones of butterflies, pupa can also symbolize comfort and protection with organic and cozy moods.
